I first started junior showmanship in April of 2007. My first show was Clarksville Kennel Club, I placed 2nd out of 3. The next show I went to I got my first first place win in novice junior! I went to Lake St. Charles in St. Louis and got my 2nd first place win in novice intermediate. In March I got my 3rd and final first place win at the Nashville Kennel Show. In May my mother and I went to Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, for ABC (American Boxer Club) and I showed in the junior competition. At the Paducah Kennel Club I showed Doc, (Ch. MiRo's Dancehall Doctor) who hasn't been shown for a few years, and went Best of Breed with him both days! Saturday I had a close friend show him in the Group ring because I had a conflict with juniors. Sunday I went into the Group ring for the first time and won a Group 1 under judge Dr. Donald J. Jones! The same day I won the Open Intermediate juniors class! Dolly has recently had a litter of puppies and I am very excited about my new show puppy who will be debuting sometime in September of 2009!
